On Saturday August 24, 2024, Supporting Our Youth & Adult Network will be hosting a fundraising event at AMF/Syosset Lanes. At SOYAN, we recognize the valuable role families and the community plays in the lives of their loved ones with developmental disabilities, and it is our mission to provide them with the ongoing support needed for everyone to thrive. Our all-volunteer peer-to-peer workshops and support groups strive to empower caregivers with the knowledge, skills, advocacy tools and support systems necessary to navigate the challenges they may encounter along their never-ending journey. It takes a village!
