Do this at a computer!! There are documents to open, cut and paste!
STEP 1. Open up your Email Server and Compose a new email.
**People supporting a loved-one with a disability download Family Message to Legislators to your computer.
**People with disabilities download Self-Advocate Message to your computer.
Step 2. Copy and Paste it into the new Email
You can personalize the Message, if you want to.
STEP 3. Copy and paste the following email addresses into the recipient list.

STEP 4. Copy and Paste these addresses in the “cc” field of the email.

OPTIONAL STEP 5. Add Governor Hochul’s regional liaison. Click to download the list here. Choose your representative and add their email address to the recipient line.
Last Step. Add your name and street address to the bottom of the email and SEND!
